Spine cases are a fundamental part of virtually every personal injury practice. In this workshop, we will go over the fundamentals of recognizing spine cases that should be pushed for trial value, and how to prepare for trial.
We will spend the majority of our time practicing cross examination of the defense neurosurgeon and radiologist, using real defense medical exam reports and case details to explore and discuss topics that bring a jury to your side.
There will be three Zoom meet ups before the event to prepare.
